Mr. Ruben Alcoba is a licensed Florida Attorney. Since founding the Firm, he has personally overseen many different types of Family Law Matters.
He has grown to understand, that although a divorce is a very distasteful subject, it is even more distasteful to allow a broken marriages foster hatred between parties involved in a dissolution of marriage proceeding. For this reason, he ensures that his Firm educates its clients on the necessity of maintain civility during divorce proceedings, more so when children are involved.
The Firm prides itself in ensuring that its clients understand that the children are to be spared and shielded from the animosity and hostility that may be displayed between parties of a divorce proceeding: spouses, friends, and extended family.

Adoption law is an aspect of the law that the Firm is very satisfied in providing to the South Florida Community. Mr. Alcoba believes that all Children need a chance to be with a loving parent. The Firm believes that one of the most important things that it can offer its community is to join orphaned or abandoned children with law abiding adoptive parents. “Adoption comes from the heart, but the adoption process comes from the Law.
